What Happens Next
Once the confidential referral form is received we will contact you to arrange an Information, Advice and Guidance appointment by telephone or Zoom. During that appointment, you can tell us about the type of support you’d like, and we’ll tell you about our services and get you signed up. We can also signpost you to other organisations that can help and answer any questions you might have.
