Telephone Support Service

Our Telephone Support Service is for survivors who have had an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) session and who are on the waiting list for or are receiving other services.

You’ll receive regular brief calls from one of our specially trained volunteers who will check in with you and offer emotional support if you need it. They can also signpost you to our services or to other organisations if appropriate.

If you are in need of immediate support, please don’t wait.

Survivors Voices

The support was so helpful and a real life line to me I felt safe to open up and talk about anything. My counsellor was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable I am starting to get my old self back and learning ways to cope with my ptsd. This service is so invaluable thank you
