Service User Panel

Would you like to use your experience of SAASS services to help guide and shape how the future support might look?

Our service user panel is an opportunity for service users to give feedback and be consulted on our service delivery, policies and processes, and anything else that impacts service users.

Taking place online every three months, our facilitated Service User panels are a constructive forum for change and growth in our service, we welcome any SAASS service user to join and participate.

Michelle

I joined SAASS in Oct 2017 as a volunteer and started off answering calls on the helpline and then moved over to be a volunteer counsellor. I came across the agency at a placement fair while I was at college and what initially drew me to the volunteer at the agency was the warmth and supportive staff. Although the work can be challenging at times it is also rewarding in many ways and provides a lot of opportunity to grow and learn. For these reasons and many more I am happy and proud to still be part of the agency today
